Education for Global Trade Professionals 

The ISO/IEC 17024 Certification of Global Trade Professionals  is the only international standard for global trade professionals across national boundaries.  The Global Trade Passport Program ISO/IEC 17024 certification is recognized as a standard of excellence by the prestigious ISO Standards Board.    

If you have five years of experience or more, earn your ISO/IEC 17024 certification by demonstrating your knowledge, skills and experience.  

 ISO/IEC Certified  Levels:

 Navigator Passport  (Practitioner)
  • Who It’s For: Mid-level professionals, managers, and specialists.
  • Focus: Deepening expertise in specific areas like trade finance, regulation, and digital trade.
  • Goal: Strengthen your skills and knowledge to manage and execute global business strategies more effectively.

    Trailblazer Passport (Manager)

    • Who It’s For: Senior managers, directors, and executives with significant experience in international business.
    • Focus: Leading teams, making strategic decisions, and tackling complex global trade challenges.
    • Goal: Prepare to take on higher leadership roles, driving innovation and global strategy within your organization.

    Captain Passport (Executive)

    • Who It’s For: Senior Directors, VPs, and top executives responsible for shaping strategy and mentoring future leaders.
    • Focus: Mastery of global business, leadership, and mentorship, with a focus on guiding others and fostering growth within your industry.
    • Goal: Achieve recognition as a thought leader, influencing global business practices and contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals.

    Specialist Passport (Executive)

    • Who It’s For: ISO/IEC 17024 Trade Professionals with specialized, niche knowledge in critical or upcoming areas of trade or who offer consulting services in specialized areas.
    • Focus: Mastery of specialized areas of global business, leadership, and mentorship, with a focus on guiding others and fostering growth within your industry.
    • Goal: Achieve recognition as a thought leader, consultant to global businesses and a contributor to the development of the next generation of professionals.






    Specialization areas are available in micro credentials.  Take  20 hours of training and decide if this is your niche.  Showcase your effort with your micro credential.

    Select an education program that includes tools to help you execute responsibilities more effectively.

    Experts in specialized areas of trade can supplement their ISO/IEC 17024 certification with a Specialist Passport. 

    If you are just building your global career select a Pathfinder Passport.

    Pathfinder Passport: This passport is your entry point into the ISO/IEC 17024 program. There are multiple ways to earn this passport with your educational and experience credentials.
