Los Angeles, CA--

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Deputy Commissioner Pete Flores announced at the Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) meeting that CBP has selected EMTC (along with its partners GTPA and Practera) to serve as an Accreditor to evaluate and approve courses for Licensed Customs Brokers (LCBs) to fulfill their Continuing Education requirements under 19 U.S.C. Part 111.

EMTC is working with the other Accreditors on the standards and rollout of the LCB Continuing Education Program.
