Reuters has posted an article confirming that DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin is drawing up plans to pull CBP operations from major airports in sanctuary cities, such as Boston, Denver, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Newark, Seattle and San Francisco.  The implication of such an operational change would mean that international cargo and travelers cannot be processed for entry into the United States.

The proposal comes amid the Administration's continued concern about cities and states that do not cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The CIT struck down the Sec 122 tariff -but only for the plaintiffs in the case. Many of the plaintiffs are states.  The injunction applies only to the state as an importer, not businesses within the state unless you are sopecifically listed in this case.
