Trucking company owner suing state over 'millionaires tax' says policy hits small businesses

Washington State is placing a 9.9% tax on "millionaires" which may include small business owners whose profit is taxed as personal income for LLCs. Citizen Action Defense Fund has launched a lawsuit against the tax on small business.
