The effective date is September 8, 2026 Tariff rates are 15%, 25% or 50% based on the product.

This is effective September 29, 2026. Products imported before September 29 but not entered into commerce before September 29 will be subject to 50% tariff

The carrier violated the shipping contract by not meeting service contract agreements. The carrier required service charges for access to vessel space.
