TRADE 100% Tariff on China & India

China and India facing 100% tariff for buying Russian oil and gas

The tariff is intended to discourage purchase of Russian oil.  The  bipartisan bill was drafted by the late Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Richard Blumenthal.  It has a good chance to pass in honor of Senator Graham with 26 bipartisan co-sponsors
