EU slaps €3 fee on cheap ecommerce parcels in blow to Shein, Temu, AliExpress | Reuters

EU charges a 3 Euro duty for each separate customs code (HTS) A parcel with 3 HTS numbers pays 9 Euros tariff.   Ecommerce air shipments are expected to fall by as much as 35%  into EU destinations
