TARIFF Section 122 Stayed by Appeals Court

The Court ordered a motion for a stay pending appeal. The Government demonstrated likelihood to succeed on appeal.  CAFC concluded the Government would incur irreparable harm. The plaintiffs would not incur substantial damage. Public interest is dependent upon a final outcome.
