Chicago is so broke, it wants $1.25 every time a package lands on a porch
To increase city revenue the council suggests a tax on Amazon, Walmart or other ecommerce orders delivered to a residence. This is not a law as of this writing. Colorado and Minnesota currently charge porch taxes.
