The OIG’s Oversight of the U.S. Postal Service’s Delivering for America Plan - volume 2.

Goal 80% on time delivery in 2025- Down from a 90% goal in 2024. Actual on time in 2024 - 86%. Single piece First Class mail 64%-86% on time.
