Today, EMTC released Redline Version 2 of its Proposal for 21st Century Customs Framework (21CCF) and submitted it to the Customs Operation Operations Committee (COAC) for inclusion in the public record for the meeting on June 14, 2023. COAC will makes its recommendations for 21CCF.
EMTC is a member of 21CCF Task Force and has drafted its own proposed statutory changes to Title 6 and Title 19 for customs modernization legislation.
