Simplifying Global E-commerce
EMTC is hosting a Save E-commerce - Save De Minims Open Forum where e-sellers, marketplaces, logistics companies, and others involved in the e-commerce industry can join an MS Teams meeting and ask EMTC leaders questions about the President's Executive Orders suspending de minimis shipments from Canada, China and Mexico as well as U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Proposed Rules on Entry of Low-Value Shipments.
EMTC will be discussing the President's modified Executive Orders related to low-value shipments, status of postal shipments for Canda, China and Mexico with updated duty rates.
EMTC will also provide an update on the messages we heard from CBP at its recent 2025 Trade Facilitation and Cargo Security Summit. (Note that the information provided at the Summit is considered Off-the-Record.)
