    The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) released a report on the Distributional Effects of Trade and Trade Policy on U.S. Workers.  The report was requested by USTR Katherine Tai to gather information from a wide array people to who are underrepresented in quantitative analyses, but negatively impacted by U.S. trade policy.
