    Donald Trump's trade advisers were finalizing plans on Wednesday for the reciprocal tariffs the U.S. president has vowed to impose on every country that charges duties on U.S. imports, ratcheting up fears of a widening global trade war.

    Washington, DC--

    President Trump amended his Executive Order restricting change with China with an Amendment to Duties Addressing the Synthetic Opioid Supply Chain in the People's Republic of China by allowing de minimis shipments until "notification by the Secretary of Commerce to the President that adequate systems are in place to fully and expediently process and collect tariff revenue . . .  ."  After such time, sellers will need to pay customs duties for all shipments from China to the United States.
