INSTITUTE FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
Our Institute for Quality Improvement sponsors monthly breakfasts that focus on quality initiatives in business, education and government. We can customize and deliver quality management training at any business site in communications, team effectiveness, team leadership, customer service, and leadership.
FREE TRAINING FOR NEW OR EXPANDING BUSINESSES
Through a unique economic development initiative called the Maine Quality Centers program, we can provide new or expanding businesses with fast-track education and training at no charge to the business or the trainees. The Quality Centers program will help recruit trainees, and will provide training - customized to your specific needs - before you hire the employees.
EMTC's trained facilitators offer an innovative and effective method in assisting you with job / occupation analysis. Many organizations use this two day program as a basis for creating job descriptions, developing training programs, and analyzing job competencies and processes.
